Terms of use

Relayyed is a way to get videos reviewed and delivered. You upload them into a project, your client leaves notes and approves them, and approved videos are final. It isn't a backup. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

Accounts and clients

You need an account to make a project. Your client doesn't: anyone with a project's link can watch its videos, leave notes, approve them and download approved ones, so share it only with the people who should have it. You're responsible for your account and what you upload. Upload only work you have the right to share.

Subscription

Relayyed is a paid subscription with no free tier. The price shown at checkout is the price charged, in the currency shown there. Each account includes the storage shown on the plan. If you ask within 14 days of your first charge, you get a full refund. You can cancel any time from Settings. It takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.

Your files

Videos stay until you delete them, or until you delete your account. Deleted files can't be recovered. Relayyed may suspend an account that abuses the service.

The service

There's no uptime promise. Features can change. If the price changes, subscribers get notice before it applies to them.
