Questions

Do my clients need an account?

No. They open a link on their phone, and it's the same link every month. Relayyed can email them when there's something new to look at.

Does Relayyed post to Instagram for me?

No. Once a video's approved, download the final and post or schedule it the way you already do.

What does the approval record show?

Who approved each video, which version and the date and time. You get an email when it happens, your client can get a copy, and you can save it as a PDF. It's a written record, not a legal e-signature.

Some of my clients post their own videos.

Turn approvals off for them. Their page becomes a place to watch, leave notes and download. Turn notes off too and it's download only.

I already use Google Drive.

Keep it for raw footage and backups. Relayyed is the part your client sees: their page, their notes and their approvals.
